Mindfulness Practice Group - Chapel

We are a self-led group of practitioners of mindfulness meditation. Most of us have taken a course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and share a desire to gather regularly in a group setting in support of our personal practices. However, anyone is welcome to join us to give meditation a try. We have several group members who rotate as facilitators. Typically we meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays each month.
