Contemplative Practice – Lojong Sampler

In this exploration of the Tibetan practice and study of Lojong, we will learn about and play with slogans, pithy reminders that wake us up to our true nature as loving beings. On March 8, we’ll look at slogans focused on assessing and extending: always maintain a joyful mind, practice when you are distracted, trust your own eyes. Please join us if you interested in opening your heart more fully in your daily life. No prior meditation experience is required.
