Rev. Michael Leuchtenberger, Senior Minister and Choir Director

Rev. Michael Leuchtenberger began serving the Concord church in August 2010. The congregation ordained and installed him in October 2010 and he received final fellowship as a Unitarian Universalist minister in 2013. Michael was born in Bremen, Germany, and lived in the Black Forest and the Rhine Valley before spending the last two years of high school at the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore. Michael came to the U.S. for college and graduated from Brown University with a double major in Chemistry and Environmental Studies in 1992. [More]
Heather Maconaghy, Accompanist

Heather’s earliest musical memories began in churches, forecasting what has become a lifelong passion of serving faith communities through music.
Born in Toronto and raised in Southern California, Heather graduated with a B.A. in Piano Performance from the California State University, Northridge, and finally landed in Southern New Hampshire in 2000. [More]

Dory LeCount, Family Engagement Coordinator

Raised in Massachusetts, Dory comes to us most recently from Colorado, where she spent 8 years working and playing as a nanny for young children. Dory describes herself as an experiential educator, and believes learning happens (at all ages!!) through play, movement, and the challenges and joys of being in community. [More]

Lea Smith, Director of Membership and Administration
Lea has been a member of our church since 2000. In 2006 she became our Congregational Administrator, and in 2019 she transitioned to Director of Membership and Administration. Lea was born and raised in southern California where she received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Journalism, from San Diego State University. [More]
Becky Bosse, Church Administrator

Becky joined the staff in 2023. Becky was born and raised in Weymouth Massachusetts. She has been coming to New Hampshire for weekends and vacations since she was a child. She moved to New Hampshire permanently in 2020 to take care of her ailing parents. Passionate about helping others, Becky has years of work experience in the human services field. [More]
Agnes joined the staff in 2020.
Agnes came to the United States fourteen years ago by way of her fiancé (at the time), now husband, Peter. They were from the same town in Sierra Leone in West Africa. He came to Concord, and established work and living arrangements so that he could apply to have Agnes join him. [More]
