Amelia Borgus
Family Engagement Coordinator
Amelia joined the Concord UU staff as the Family Engagement Coordinator in 2026. Amelia was born and raised in Western New York, and received a bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education from SUNY Oswego in 2021. She has since lived in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is excited to call New Hampshire her new home! Throughout the years Amelia has taught 1st and 2nd grade, 16-24 year olds in a residential setting, and has been a historical interpreter at both Plimoth Patuxet and the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum. She cares deeply about telling the stories of those who history has forgotten or who have tried to be erased. Outside of work, Amelia enjoys baking, reading, sewing/knitting/crafting, exploring historical sites, thrifting/antiquing and spending time with her friends and family. You can always count on her to have an iced coffee no matter what the season.
