Michael’s friend and colleague invites us to contemplate & delight in the mystery and magic of living our lives in ways that honor “the wisdom of the Maternal Heart,” something she is coming to claim, know, strengthen in her own life and ministry; an experience of a deeply relational love present in all of us; a Source and Sustenance of Creation alive and accessible in this and every moment and strengthened always through our loving actions.

Rev. Sara Hayman is from Maine and lives in Bucksport with her partner, also a Sarah, and their scruffy dog, Mino.  Like Michael, Sara is a Meadville Lombard Theological School graduate. For the past 16 years she has served our UU Church of Ellsworth, ME.  Before becoming a parish minister, Sara served as Hospice Chaplain for a rural home health agency in Downeast Maine.
