Thank you for considering holding your event at our church. We have several different types of space available to rent, appropriate for various sizes of meetings and events. We are proud of our lovely building and are happy to share the space with the community. We have upgraded many of our spaces with A/V equipment to allow for hybrid meetings and events. NOTE: On-site parking is limited during weekdays. Please read through this page and contact us with any questions you might have. Once you know a date, please fill out our Rental Request & Technology Needs Form with as much information that you know to reserve your event.

Baby Showers and Wedding Showers Welcome. We’re sorry, but other than showers and receptions held in conjunction with rites of passage, we cannot rent space to non-member individuals for private parties.

Facility Highlights

Facility has accessible doors and ramps for people with limited mobility, a defibrillator, onsite parking, use of our tables & chairs, FREE wireless internet (Wi-Fi), audiovisual systems including projectors and handheld mics, live streaming from Sanctuary, full kitchen with dishes/silverware, nursery for large events (for ages 4 and under only, with appropriate supervision; it is not a child play space.)

Small Meetings/Events (approx under 40)

  • Large rooms (Fellowship Hall without kitchen, Parlor, Chapel, Grove):
    $100 for up to 4 hours (Fellowship Hall only is $260 on weekends) 
  • Mid-size rooms (8/9): $75 for up to 4 hours
  • Small rooms (Library, 5, 6): $50 for up to 4 hours
  • Does Not Include: kitchen use, AV equipment, custodial services, pre-event setup/breakdown.
  • AV add-ons: $100 Projector, $125 Projector w/ Laptop, $50 Built-in Sound System w/ Corded Mic or Portable Sound System w/ Microphone.
  • This special low rate is for “self-service” users, but if you need AV or custodial help it may be available for an additional fee of $30 per hour, $120 minimum.
  • Classrooms may be rented by non-members as breakout space when other rooms are rented, or for a series of meetings.  One-time classroom rentals are not available.
  • $30 per additional hour, including setup and breakdown time if over 4 hours.


Medium Meetings/Events/Meals (one room only, approx up to 100)

Grove, Sanctuary, or Fellowship Hall with Kitchen, and Rainbow Nursery Room (if needed)

  • $500 up to 4 hours 
  • Includes: audio equipment (must hire our AV Technician for Sanctuary), custodial services 
  • Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, and use of dishwasher after instruction 
  • Nursery for ages 4 and under only, with appropriate supervision at renter’s expense & responsibility; it is not a child play space
  • Does Not Include: AV Technician, setup/breakdown of tables/chairs, or kitchen cleaning (available at $30 per hour)
  • $50 per additional hour, including setup and breakdown time if over 4 hours.

Large Events/Recitals/Concerts/Meals (multiple rooms, approx 100+)

Sanctuary & Fellowship Hall with Kitchen (use of Chapel or Abenaki Room 6 for Green Room), Parlor, Armenia White Room 5, and Kent/Thomas Room 8/9 (if needed), Rainbow Nursery Room (if needed)

  • $1,000 up to 6 hours 
  • Includes: audio equipment (must hire our A/V Technician for Sanctuary), custodial services, direction and assistance for setup/breakdown
  • Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, and use of dishwasher after instruction
  • Nursery for ages 4 and under only, with appropriate supervision at renters cost & responsibility; it is not a child play space
  • Does Not Include: AV Technician, kitchen cleaning (available at $30 per hour)
  • $100 per additional hour, including rehearsal time, setup & breakdown time if over 6 hours.

Weddings, Commitment and/or Renewal Services

Sanctuary or Grove, Chapel (for wedding prep), Abenaki Room 6 (for wedding prep), Fellowship Hall with Kitchen, Front Courtyard, Rainbow Nursery Room (if needed)

Wedding with No Reception $1,000 (3 hours)

  • Includes: onsite parking, additional room usage, audio equipment (must hire our AV Technician in Sanctuary), rehearsal assistance, custodial services, assistance with setup & breakdown, prearranged deliveries of flowers and items for event 
  • Nursery for ages 4 and under only, with appropriate supervision at renters cost & responsibility; it is not a child play space.
  • Does Not Include: AV Technician, Minister, Accompanist

Wedding & Reception $1,500 (5 hours)

  • Includes: onsite parking, additional room usage, audio equipment (must hire our AV Technician in Sanctuary), rehearsal assistance, custodial services, tables & chairs, dishes/silverware, dishwasher, assistance with setup & breakdown,  prearranged deliveries of flowers and items for event
  • Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, and use of dishwasher after instruction.
  • Nursery for ages 4 and under only, with appropriate supervision at renters cost & responsibility; it is not a child play space.
  • Does Not Include: AV Technician, Minister, Accompanist, kitchen cleaning
  • $100 per additional hours and for rehearsal time/setup over the contracted hours.

Minister Fees to be paid directly to the minister via check

  • Weddings $500

Accompanist $250

Use of Piano only by professionals (must be vetted by our pianist): $50

Order of Service in color (Members Only): set up and printing $50 for 100 two-sided folded, color 

AV Technician $30 an hour, including rehearsal time

Setup/Breakdown, kitchen cleaning or other extraordinary custodial services: $30 per hour
