Listening Communities

So many of the relationships we value and depend on get stuck when we feel we are no longer heard, when we sense our perspective is not even understood, when we perceive our only option to be fight or flight.  Conflict, polarization, and frustration are real.  So are the tools that can help us break the cycle.  Come hear stories from congregants how the practices they learned to facilitate listening communities and restorative circles helped get family relations unstuck, grounded their interactions at work, inspired them to reach out across the political divide, and provided the framework for working on business skills and peace with young adult children of genocide survivors in Rwanda.
