COVID Countdown is On

In-person gatherings are resuming in a phased approach, “counting down” to the time when the Pandemic Policy Team decides we can resume normal gatherings. Our COVID Campus Use Policy defines 7 phases of risk and response based on the level of community transmission.

We are currently in Phase: 4 in a Dark Orange Red box


Phases and Meanings:

No in-person meetings, gatherings, events, or rentals are allowed.


4 in a orange-red box

OUTDOORS: Groups of 10 or fewer households (max 20 people) are allowed to meet outdoors in the front courtyard, rear patio, or Grove.

For hiking on our trails, up to 25 households (max 50 people) are permitted.

No rentals except leaseholders.


3 in an orange box

Up to 12 households (24 people max) may worship in the sanctuary.

Up to 5 households (max 10 people) may meet in Fellowship Hall, and possibly other rooms with adequate ventilation.

OUTDOORS: Up to 25 households may gather.

No rentals except leaseholders and recurring support groups.


2 in a yellow box

Up to 25 households (50 people max) may worship in the sanctuary.

Up to 10 households (max 15 people) may meet in Fellowship Hall, and possibly other rooms with adequate ventilation.

OUTDOORS: Up to 25 households may gather.

No rentals except leaseholders and recurring support groups.


1 in a light green box

Up to 35 households (70 people max) may worship in the sanctuary.

Up to 40 people may meet in Fellowship Hall. (25 if seated in a circle.)

Up to 10 households (max 15 people) may meet in other rooms with adequate ventilation.

OUTDOORS: Up to 35 households may gather.

Rentals are permitted.
